  6.   Using BLA with Windows version 3.0 -

  8.     Copy the file BLA.W30 (its in the BLA program directory) to your windows 
  9.     directory, renaming it to BLA.PIF, then add a program item to one of your 
  10.     windows groups specifying BLA.PIF as the program name.  If you have 
  11.     placed the BLA program files in a directory other than C:\BLA\ you will 
  12.     need to modify the PIF to reflect the correct path and working directory.
